Highly skilled and helpful with solving the issue without the need to replace the whole locking system even though it was completely jammed and the latch was stuck in place. So I feel there was a cost-saving using this company expertise in opening the door firstly and then fixing the broken locking system. Very impressed with Sam’s work and his professionalism.

My wife and I went to Lock, Stock & Farrell at Cannington on 20th May. Sam attended to us. We requested for a cylinder lock, for use to replace the current lock for our Gainsborough door lock He was very helpful and asked further if we would like to consider a common key for use in the security gate as well as other location. It was a brilliant idea and told him that we would like a common key for the security gate and another door lock as well. He offered to fix them for us, should we have any problems with the fixing.

I was at a clients house doing some work when I shut the security screen to keep out the insects and I had left the key in the glass sliding door. Having the key still in the sliding door and shutting the security screen is not a great idea. I snapped the key off on the lock.
No problem, pull the lock apart, get the broken piece out and get a new key cut. Sure. So I did that, only the barrel, springs and tiny pieces of metal flew out everywhere.
I called these guys and within 40 minutes of calling, the lock was fixed, a new key was cut, and our client now has a new metal key, instead of that aluminium key that snapped so easily.
These guys came out straight away, no fuss, paid on site with my phone…. Easy at that. Thanks Jason, great work mate. If I do something stupid like that again, I’ll call you guys straight away.
