Thank you for shopping with Lock, Stock and Farrell. We are still expanding our online range of products, therefore if you are looking for something that is not yet available in our online store, please contact us.

We send all purchases from our online shop through Australia Post.

Delivery Costs

We offer 2 types of postage via Australia Post:

  • Registered post is $16.00 and can take 7 to 14 business days
  • Express post is $19.50 and can take 2 – 4 business days

The above prices usually covers 2-10 keys or 1 padlock for example.

The delivery for the rest of our products or more keys/padlocks than mentioned above is calculated on weight.

Delivery Times

As soon as we receive the notification of your order online we will start preparing it for delivery. Therefore it’ll leave our shop within 2 business days.

Delivery takes roughly 3-5 days depending on your location. If you would like your order sooner, please let us know in the ‘Order Notes’ section at check out and we will call or email you to discuss costs for courier post.

In Store Collection

In store collection is available from our Perth based locksmith store at 4/1234 Albany Hwy, Cannington WA 6107. If you have chosen this option at checkout, we will respond to you once we have received your order to let you know when your purchase is ready for in store for collection.

Terms & Conditions

Completing an order through the online shop creates a user account for you, the buyer.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Warranty

All items sold through the online shop are covered under the normal statutory warranties, or extended warranties that may be offered by the product manufacturer or us from time to time.

Returns 

Items that are damaged during transit will be replaced upon receipt of evidence of the damage. We request that you post the item back to us at your cost or drop them off to our Cannington shop for an inspection and or replacement. You have 30 days to return the product from date of purchase.
